In my Mandarin courses, the focus goes beyond vocabulary and grammar. You will learn to speak, read, and write Chinese while gaining valuable insights into cultural traditions, social norms, and modern business etiquette. My goal is to help you broaden your perspective and enrich your professional and personal horizons.
I offer tailored lessons for children and adults – from private one-on-one coaching to small group classes. For companies, I provide customized training programs: from intensive crash courses before a business trip, to preparation for negotiations with Chinese partners, or support for employees relocating to China.

Fees
All classes will have a maximum of 10 students. The lessons can be held both in German and English, depending on student’s language preference. Private lessons can be booked individually.

Duan Ye
Born in China, I received a rich musical and cultural education before moving to Berlin. In Germany, I earned my Diploma in Music, followed by a second Master’s degree in New York. As a culture manager, I have worked with Europe’s largest classical music festival, gaining valuable experience in event organization, intercultural communication, and partnership development — always striving to achieve the best outcomes for each collaboration.
In 2023, I founded the “Tiger & Dragon Club”, a program designed to help European children learn Chinese through engaging and creative methods. Since 2024, I have also been consulting for a German trading company, supporting their expansion and development in the Chinese market.
Bridging cultures is at the heart of everything I do. With a deep understanding of both German and Chinese societies, I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations connect, communicate, and thrive in an increasingly globalized world.
